“I am looking for friends. What does that mean — tame?”

“It is an act too often neglected,” said the fox. “It means to establish ties.”

“To establish ties?”

“Just that,” said the fox. “To me, you are still nothing more than a little boy who is just like a hundred thousand other little boys. And I have no need of you. And you, on your part, have no need of me. To you I am nothing more than a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I shall be unique in all the world….”
― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince

Here’s the deal.  I tried and failed at making a website several times.  Problem was, they were never authentically me.  They were who I was TRYING to be. Who I wanted to be.   But not actually me.  They were too complicated.  They were too scattered.  I couldn’t keep up with it all.  I was busy simplifying my real life and it never occurred to me that I should be simplifying my ideas too.  Not only that, but I KNOW simplifying.  I’ve been at it for four years now and it has made me a whole new person.  Before I was trying to explain things I didn’t really understand fully myself.  But BOY am I gonna tell you about simplifying.  In life, in food, in fitness, and in mind.  (Also, there will be travelling.  On a boat.  Around the world.) Ah, but I’m getting ahead of myself now.  Let’s start at the beginning, shall we?  (Good, I’m glad you agree.)  Then let’s begin!
